‘Better Call Saul’ Season 2 Gets a Premiere Date & New Photos!

Via Movieweb.com : AMC announced today that the critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated series Better Call Saul will return for Season 2 on Monday, February 15th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. A prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, the series follows down-on-his-luck Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) as he navigates the moral dilemmas of the legal world while trying to step out of his older brother's shadow and make a name for himself. Season 1 found Jimmy stumble upon a large class-action lawsuit, which led to a promising job opportunity at a large firm. Having arrived at a fork in the road, will Jimmy take the straight and narrow path with a safe corporate job or will he fall back into his "Slippin' Jimmy" con-artist ways?
Here's what executive producer and showrunner Peter Gould had to say in his statement about the second season.

"Jimmy McGill's journey takes surprising, left-handed turns in Season 2 of Better Call Saul. He goes to places we'd never, ever expected. As for Mike Ehrmantraut, he's pulled deeper into a world he was sure he'd left forever. We can't wait to share the next chapter of Better Call Saul with the fans who have embraced the show."

In addition, AMC released today two new photos from Season 2. These photos come just one week after the first trailers were released earlier this month. Fans looking to catch up on the series can now purchase The Better Call Saul Season 1 Limited Collector's Edition Blu-ray set, which features 3D packaging and a collectible postcard vinyl of Better Call Saul performed by Junior Brown, along with more than 10 hours of special features.
