EXCLUSIVE! Mike Batayeh's Interview on Breaking Bad Greece

In this exclusive interview with Breaking Bad Greece, Mike Batayeh (Dennis Markowski on AMC's Breaking Bad) talks about his role on the show, if he will come back on the season finale and much more! Hit the jump below to read more!

Q : How did you end up on Breaking Bad?
A : I went in for an audition with casting director and they put you on tape ship it out to producers and they watch the tape.... Hopefully, while they are fully clothed and "BOOM" got the call.

Q : Did you expect to come back on season 5?
A : As for being invited back for season 5, I was hopeful but with a show as unpredictable as Breaking Bad... I mean they were using the Laundry mat as central location but Dennis Murkowski wasn't brought in til 2nd the last ep of season 4. Needles to say when I was brought back it was great. Vince Gilligan is very secretive with scripts. So I know I was being invited back but I only receive copy of my scene not full script so it was fun watching finished product with the rest of the fans.

Q : Can you please tell us something about episode 5.08 (season finale)?
A : As for ep. 5.08. I can tell you..... I'm in it! Anything else I was told they have a puppy hostage and will do terrible things to it if I indulge any info.... Haha. Seriously, I only know what I filmed. I have no idea what is going to happen. I will be discovering with the rest of the world where the finale goes.

Q : Your performance on episode 503 "Hazard Pay" was great! Also this season Jonathan Banks was great too! What it is like working with him ?
Α : Thanks for the compliment. Jonathan was great to work with. He's been in so much over the years and always delivers that it's great to see him recognized for his role on Breaking Bad. It was great working with him. Hadn't met him til he walks on set to do the scene. He was in character and I pee'd on myself a little bit... Because I'm a method actor... And he scared the crap outta me. He's great in that role and between takes he was very kind.

Q : Is it difficult to stand up and working in film industry ?
A : I think if you find the balance. But that isn't always as easy as it sounds. I enjoy both. My goal this season is to land a series regular role and have a steady gig and wake up go, to set film, and know I will be there for awhile. I want to experience that next.

Q : Have you ever come to Greece?
A : As for Greece haven't been yet. Would love to. If that's an invite, I prefer business class but I'll take coach. Haha. I would love to perform there. Let's make it happen Greece!!!
